We are fans... just like you. We are passionate about cycling, whether it's Gravel, Mountain, Road, or Grandma taking her giant tricycle out for some exercise, fresh air, and groceries. Collective Podium is a movement built around the heart of bike racing, We are here for the racers who don't end up on the podium, in the money spots, and junior racers who hope to get there one day. 

We have witnessed the growing disparity in gravel racing, the sponsored athletes dominating the scene, leaving privateer racers, the lifeblood of the sport, struggling to compete.

In Gravel Racing, there are a very few riders earning prize money or that have significant sponsorship deals. Sponsored riders, those that are able to do nothing except live, breathe, and train have a distinct advantage over privateers, those who fit training in the confines of a regular job and responsibilities. Something as simple as a flat tire can derail a racer that has trained for months and spent thousands to be race ready. Having seen the inequity in the sport, we thought we'd do something about it. We are beginning with Gravel racing, but we won't stop there.

This is a passion project. Collective Podium exists as a community built by cyclists for cyclists. Racing is commitment, we share your love for sport and understand the challenges racers face. We're a support system, individuals coming together who believe in the power of cooperation. Inclusivity, equals strength and fair competition. The spirit of Gravel lives. Collective Podium will keep it healthy by helping to level the playing field.
